Google says that is has reduce link spam by half
Google’s fight for spam continues. They recently
claimed that they have doubled down on their effort in removing unnatural links
via algorithm improvements and scaling manual actions. This 50% reduction in
spam in a year-over-year stat.

Google Home is now available in Spanish
Google’s artificial intelligence speaker, Google Home
is now available in Spanish. They have also started rolling out this service in
Mexico. Google also plans to add 22 new languages to it’s voice assistant
platform, Google Assistant by end of 2018.

Google is rebranding – from ‘Adwords’ to ‘Google Ads’ and much more
Google has re branded its ads lineup, starting with
‘Google Adwords’ which will now be called ‘Google Ads’. The second re branding
will be a combination of Double Click Digital Marketing and Google Analytics 360
to be called ‘Google Marketing Platform’

The Forester Wave awarded Adobe Target the only
leader in Experience Optimization Platforms. Adobe received maximum scores in
design, strategy, market presence categories along with behavioral targeting,
executing road maps and much more.

Facebook is testing the ability for users to
cross-post single image Facebook updates to Instagram, furthering the gradual
integration between The Social Network’s various apps.

Instagram Stories now has 400 million daily active users
In amongst their latest announcement about music
stickers for Stories, Instagram also dropped in the fact that Instagram Stories
now has more than 400 million daily active users – up from 300 million at last
